Tips and how to overcome depression, If
you ever experience feelings of sadness , excessive fatigue after the
move , lost interest and enthusiasm diminished , lazy activity ,
disruption of sleep patterns , . Maybe you are currently experiencing depression such thing .
Depression is a condition that is more of a feeling of sadness . When a depressed person to cause the disruption of daily social activities , then it is referred to as depressive disorders . 2 . Know your thoughts and your negative feelings .
As for how you can do in these circumstances is to record your negative thoughts every day for some time . Then you can identify the negative things that has always been a load of your mind . By identifying the negative thought patterns , you are able to prevent , and repair can even stop the cycle of depression .

Identify the problem and complete
Good morning my beloved blog world . Today I will submit a post about " PROBLEM " , of course , every life has its own problems . Whether it be sickness , poverty , failure and so on . Here , I 'll give you a solution how to deal with these problems . We need to consider when it got into trouble is thinking positive , calm , and open in the face. Well , we started the discussion .
beware of simple solutions or false to complex problems . When you see someone who suggested the solutions Get down . For example , take the path banned for being rich , or go to a witch doctor to seek wealth .
The problem is part of our daily lives . Ponder this : if there is no problem , most of us would be out of work. In fact , the more problems we have and the greater the problem . The greater our value to our employer .

problems are unusually large , such as a child or spouse is sick or
badly injured , which led to complications that continuously every day .
Success comes when we live as much as possible and learn to handle the affairs of our personal problems as a small affair .

Similarly, the housewife , with small children in the house are having problems every day . Many people are using methods which are not productive to deal with the problem .
They refuse to acknowledge the existence of these problems , denies
responsibility for those problems , pretending that these problems will
be solved by itself if they ignore these problems or to be indifferent
and do not care about that issue .
The first step in solving the problem by recognizing the existence of the problem . Next , we determine whether the problem is our responsibility or not . If the problem it is our responsibility , then we must determine how serious the problem was . After that , we immediately take action if the problem is solved
simply and quickly , or develop and prioritize action plans if the
solution is more difficult and requires a lot of time .
Solving
problems , becoming a very important part of who we are , when growing
towards maturity level or to the subsequent career in the company . I encourage you to take the time to define the problem quickly , learn the skills to analyze quickly , and remember . HOW TO SINCERITY

So , there are two keys to success in charity : strengthen intention and using strategies to achieve goals . With sincere charity means a charity with a pure intention , not
mixed by the desire and lust for praise or flattery from humans .
Indeed , realizing , in quantity charity requires sincerity , mental exercise , regular and continuous and diligent , why ? Because the devil is always tempting to blow it . But there are more serious than all that . Namely , doing charity quality , ie expecting praise of the gods .

endless kindness and prevent yourself from crime without expecting
praise .
Third , read the stories of the lives of those who are sincere .
Studying the first stories will teach us to do sincere . We would know that their sincere deeds make them memorable names of all time . Lots of figures of people in the past and in the present that can be made an example .
Fourth , forge themselves .Sincerity does not come for free of charge , but through a very long and winding . The trick is , to diligently pray and get closer to the gods on a regular basis , either daily , monthly , yearly or lifetime.

SICK
Good morning ARK friends, ARK will discuss today about a condition that often we experience. In accordance with the above title. Before I discuss them, I wish all of you the ARK, always healthy and prosperous. Because today's post deals with the disaster. What should we do when the unfortunate like illness. Every person who lives would never feel pain. one must be sure that the condition was a test from God. In that regard, there are several things that need to be done by people who are sick:
First, patient and sincere. People who are sick should be sure that what happened to him is the trials and testing of the gods. Word of god. "He

his credit, and he is the Mighty, the knowing (Qur'an Al-Mulk: 2)

Third, treatment to the experts. People who are sick should come to the experts. Prophet Muhammad said, "Allah lowers the gods sent down the disease and the medicine anyway. have to know the people who know, and those who do not know will not know it. (narrated by Bukhari and Muslim). Those experts include doctors or people who have expertise in making potions and reflection acupuncture and so on.

Apostle said, "anyone who commits a crime against his brother, either
against themselves or against the price of something else. let
him that his brother was let go (forgive) on this day, before coming a
day when there is no money or the Day of Judgement or judgment day. If he has the goodness it will be taken in accordance with the levels of crime kindness. If he does not have the merits will be given the sin of the person who hurts (zalimi). (Reported by Bukhari)

ACHIEVING HAPPINESS WITH KINDNESS
Ask for advice on your heart , kindness is something that makes your
heart calm , and ugliness is something that makes your heart be
troubled .
The
world is full of temptations and challenges , because the devil is
always makes ugliness being looked beautiful in our eyes . Temptations of the world's ugliness and evil looks exactly fit the needs of our lust .
A traveling salesman had to work hard just to find a few pieces of money every day . As for a thief only takes a few seconds and without the hassle , to be able to steal a motorcycle . This fact makes people tempted to follow the devil and his desires persuasion . Goodness becomes less priority over the needs of the economy .
On the other hand, those who commit fraud turned out to be obtaining a good position and respect in the public view . While they are good and honest it does not have friends . Those who divide the money from the theft or corruption results in respect and actually got a lot of friends . While those who have a mediocre income because honestly even at left by his friends .
So they are mad at the wealth and honor , would prefer ugliness . That's what happens when someone judge the goodness and badness of the outcome shortly . And lust make a judgment . Though the virtues which at first glance looks heavy , it will
give you happiness at the culprit , although to obtain it should be
preceded with adversity and humiliation .
Word of Allah in the Qur'an , " If you do good , it means you are doing well for yourself. ( Al - Isra ' : 7 )
Because it is more difficult to do good than to do evil , it is
only natural if the gods provide enormous benefits to those who do good
.
The
likeness of those who do good in the way of Allah is like a seed that
grows seven ears , in every grain there are a hundred grains . God doubled the reward for anyone that wants to, ( Qur'an al-Baqarah : 261 )
There is never a reason for anyone to do good . God does not see the quality and quantity of the good that is done . Large or small , many or few , however, who become gods assessment is a strong intention and purpose to do good . In addition , doing a kindness to be in the underlying with a true heart and sincere . In order for the benefits of kindness that we get .
For indeed every action there is a reply , do good or evil . In addition to doing something to be with the intention and purpose

Humans who do good to hope for something other than Allah , surely tired and tortured by her hope that . For
example , a marketing employee , who only work in pursuit of the target

and many more things that we can make an example in applying sincerity. for example, when we love someone, the heart that sincerely indeed affects the quality of the love with those we love. the result would definitely be going back on ourselves. if we give love sincerely and sincerely, then the happiness and peace that we will get in the liver. other than that, love is done with sincerity will be very beneficial for us and our loved ones. and love, fueled by sincere as gods, will eternally awake forever. but if the underlying because it expects a reply from the person in love, then that love will soon end. and the results, will be disappointed.
But , if he is always sincere in doing any work , the tranquility and happiness will be the result . He believes god look and will give a reward for his actions . Experts say , sincere is like water in the plant 's life . Science is the seed and the plant works is . Plants

will produce flowers and fruit that could provide benefits . So also with deeds , will benefit if done with sincerity .
Sincere , in doing a kindness that is divided into three levels :First , charity slaves , those who labor for fear of the gods .Initial motivation was the fear of the gods , as a result they could not taste the sweetness of the love of god . That there is a feeling of fear and not calm her .Second , a merchant's charity , the charity for hope of reward in order to go to heaven someday . Hope to go to heaven is not a problem , but if it is made in the
calculation base for charity , one can experience mental fatigue .Third , independent of human charity , which charity as proof of gratitude to the gods . This is because the best charity in the underlying gratitude . Because each of gratitude will bring tranquility and happiness in the heart .
Therefore , before performing an action , we must be careful in setting intentions and goals . So that what we do can bring benefits to us and to others. sincere should be done with a sincere heart and expect a reply from the gods . Remember , all- knowing and almighty god fair .
