The characteristics of a winner, Admitting mistakes is the beginning , correct it is a step of progress , followed up is successful .
Over the years I have spoken at several thousand events of various kinds of descriptions conversation . . I 've talked to groups consisting of 12 people , and also to 60 thousand people . Consistently, I have noted a tendency of all listeners , especially in sales organizations as well as conference leadership or management .Without exception , most people who have a high reputation , is present in the front row , depending on the vision and where they sit . People who already know everything , or who feel that the show is just a waste of time , or they 've felt ever heard , definitely arrive late or sit in the backseat . Home early and it also includes the people who like to talk with people who are on his side.I have also observed , when people like this go to an athletic event or to a place of entertainment , they tend to want the best seats . They generally come much earlier and annoyed when there is interference from others .I tell you all this to say that the people who mean the front row to come to events or inspirational education with great expectations . They come in a state of readiness to learn and a lot of notes . A study at Harvard Univesity revealed that the people who most benefit from the meetings : 1) come up with the expectations of getting great ideas 2 ) lots of notes and 3 ) discuss with colleagues what they have learned and compare each note . Thus they reinforce what they have learned and take the things they miss from colleagues. In short these people are winners because they plan to win , prepare to win and expect to win and that's a good approach to life .You would not be a smart if you bad attitude ( JOHN MAXWELL )
